Have old computers you would like to dispose of? Want to get rid of those old VCRs and DVD players in your basement? Join Team BMT in conjunction with Green Vision, Inc. as we host an Electronics Recycling event that not only saves items from the landfill, but has a lesser-known benefit.
For the month of October, BMT will be collecting items – you can either drop off at our offices, or contact us and we will pick up. Accepted items include: Computers, Computer Accessories, Printers, Fax Machines/Scanners, Phones, Small Kitchen Appliances, LCD Monitors, Flat screen TVs.
Tube TVs, Hard Drives, Air Conditioners are not accepted.
Win/Win Initiative. All items collected go to Green Vision, Inc., a company that teaches students and adults with autism to properly dismantle and recycle unwanted electronics. 99.7% of the e-waste is taken apart and recycled into new products.
