We currently have an opening for a full-time Service Desk Analyst.   The Service Desk Analyst is responsible for configuring, deploying, and supporting approved hardware, software and services to provide a high quality end user computer experience. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, self-directed individual capable of working within tight time frames and possess proven communication, analytical, and inter-personal skills.  This is a full-time position and shift work varies Monday through Friday 7am – 7pm. Our customer base is primarily in the Northern NJ area with a small percentage in the greater metropolitan area. Several clients have a national presence.

Qualifications: 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, potentially high-pressure environment.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication, organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented team player with a passion for excellence.
  • Ability to grasp and communicate technology software and solutions.
  • Knowledge of Windows Operating System is required.
  • Knowledge of Macintosh Operating System is highly desirable.
  • Ability to multi-task in different systems.
  • Understanding of PC Technology, including Microsoft Office, Internet and Windows.
  • Ability to work in front of computer monitor for extended periods.
  • Good typing skills.
  • Excellent attendance history.
